Full-stack developer (Typescript, Python)

Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience across both front-end and back-end development. You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should be comfortable with this variety of technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React.js, Node.js, Git, Vercel, GCP.You’ve played a key role in at least two web-based products that have been live and actively maintained for a minimum of a year. Bonus points if this experience includes FinTech or Web3.Proficient in setting up and managing relational databases using SQL.Experience building reliable, high-performance software.Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and proactive in finding clarity.Effective communicator and collaborator in an asynchronous, remote team environment.

Job ResponsabilitiesDevelop and deploy features across our platform, ensuring they function seamlessly across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.Collaborate directly with our Founder to select the best tech stack and practices that consistently deliver high value to our customers.Partner with our Design team to bring polished, user-friendly interfaces to life.Prototype, experiment, and iterate on new features to validate ideas and test assumptions. Prioritise solutions with a high impact-to-effort ratio.Regularly update the team on project progress, proactively communicate blockers, and seek out solutions to keep projects moving forward.
