WebSphere Commerce Developer - Remote (Mexico) - Full time

We are seeking a highly skilled WebSphere Commerce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, ITIL processes, and troubleshooting to minimize business impact. This role requires extensive experience with WebSphere Commerce (WCS) versions 7.x, 8.x, and 9.x, as well as a deep understanding of various subsystems, Java/J2EE, SOLR, and Oracle Database.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate advanced knowledge of WebSphere Commerce/HCL Commerce development and its runtime framework.Provide strong hands-on experience with multiple subsystems, including catalog, order, member, and marketing.Lead application support and development initiatives for WCS 7.x, 8.x, and 9.x.Customize and manage WCS data models.Utilize commerce tools such as CMC, accelerator, and admin console effectively.Customize and optimize search engines within the WCS environment.Develop and maintain applications using Struts, Spring framework, Java/J2EE, and Web services (REST, SOAP).Apply knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL in support and development tasks.Manage ticket triaging, support lifecycle, and ITIL processes.Be available for on-call support and shift work as needed.Desired Skills:In-depth experience with WebSphere Commerce (WCS) versions 7/8/9.Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in application support.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with a preference for candidates who can occasionally work on-site in Aguascalientes.
