NextJS Developer

Position: NextJS & MUI Developer (Short-Term Contract)Location: RemoteDuration: October 15th - November 5th Employment Type: Contract

Project Overview:We are seeking an experienced NextJS developer with expertise in MUI v4 (@material-ui/core) to join our team for a short-term project. The project involves developing and optimizing a web application using NextJS v12.4 (JavaScript) and integrating Material-UI v4 components.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and Maintain: Build and maintain a web application using NextJS v12.4, focusing on server-side rendering and client-side performance.UI/UX Integration: Implement responsive and aesthetically pleasing UI components using MUI v4 (@material-ui/core).Optimize Performance: Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of the application across different devices and browsers.Collaborate: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and to integrate backend APIs effectively.Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve bugs or issues related to the application’s functionality or performance.Documentation: Document code and processes clearly for future reference and for other team members.

Requirements:Experience: Proven experience with NextJS v12.4 and MUI v4 (@material-ui/core).Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).Hands-on experience with server-side rendering in NextJS.Proficient in using Material-UI v4 for creating UI components.Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues effectively.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality code.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with version control systems, such as Git.Familiarity with other frontend libraries or frameworks is a plus.Experience working in an agile development environment.
