Role Description:We are seeking a Senior Frontend JavaScript Developer with a focus on digital accessibility. In this role, you will develop accessible web applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards. Your expertise in JavaScript, React, CSS, and HTML will be key in delivering inclusive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality, accessible web applications using JavaScript, React, CSS, and HTML.Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create accessible and user-friendly interfaces.Conduct accessibility audits and implement necessary remediations to meet compliance standards.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and digital accessibility.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on accessibility best practices.Participate in code reviews, ensuring that accessibility considerations are a priority.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that enhance the user experience for all users, including those with disabilities.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript, React, CSS, and HTML.Extensive experience with WCAG 2.2 standards and digital accessibility best practices.Proven track record of developing accessible web applications.Strong understanding of semantic HTML and ARIA roles.Experience with frontend build tools and package managers.Familiarity with automated accessibility testing tools and frameworks.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Experience with version control systems.Passion for creating inclusive digital experiences.
