Lead GoLang Developer

We are currently seeking a Lead GoLang Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience and at least 1 year of relevant leadership experience. As a Lead GoLang Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. You must be an expert in GoLang and have a strong understanding of microservices architecture. Additionally, you must be a proactive thinker and demonstrate a keen sense to find solutions to challenging problems.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutionsWrite clean and efficient GoLang codeCollaborate with other teams to ensure project successConvert high-level PRD into a detailed ERD for executionConvert functional requirements into engineering logic by working with business teamsAutomate workflows by writing scriptsContinuously improve the development process and code qualityProvide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experienceAt least 1 year of relevant leadership experienceStrong problem-solving skillsStrong GoLang skillsFamiliarity with microservices architectureFamiliarity with Jira, git, Jenkins, containers, deployment, ci/cd pipelineAbility to adapt to new technologies and environmentsOwnership mentalityB2+ English level

Experience with other programming languages such as Python or JavaFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCPExperience with Docker and KubernetesExperience with Agile methodologiesExperience with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQLExperience with performance optimization and tuning of GoLang applications
