About the OpportunityAs a Full-Stack Developer specializing in PropTech at PropChain, your role is pivotal in advancing the technological frontier of the real estate industry. You will be at the heart of developing sophisticated web and mobile applications, leveraging your expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including ES6+ features), and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Additionally, your role extends to robust mobile app development using Swift for iOS and React Native, Flutter, or Dart for cross-platform solutions.

In this dynamic role, you are responsible for crafting user-centric interfaces while integrating cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and securing RESTful APIs, to redefine real estate transactions and analytics. Working closely with our Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer, your role involves harmonizing front-end design with advanced back-end functionalities developed using Node.js, Python with Django or Flask, and Ruby on Rails. This synergy of skills is crucial for implementing high-performance digital solutions that revolutionize user experience and decision-making in real estate.

Reporting directly to the company founder, you strategically lead PropChain’s innovation journey. Your responsibilities include technical development, addressing performance issues, staying updated with technology trends, and effectively using development tools such as Webpack or Vite. ScopeFull-Stack Development: Create dynamic web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Develop iOS and Android applications using Swift, React Native, Flutter, or Dart.Backend Expertise: Develop robust backend solutions using Node.js, Python with Django or Flask, and Ruby on Rails.Integration and Performance: Collaborate with Data Scientists and UI/UX Designers to seamlessly integrate machine learning algorithms and ensure high application performance, including real-time data handling.Technical Upkeep and Innovation: Address performance issues, stay updated with technology trends, and effectively use development tools. Implement security measures in application development.DevOps and Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerization with Docker for seamless deployment and scalability.

Qualifications

Must-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum of 4 years in full-stack development.Expertise in Dart, Swift, Python, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.Proven experience in developing for both iOS and Android using Swift, React Native, Flutter, or Dart.Proficient in security best practices and familiar with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

Nice-to-Have QualificationsFamiliarity with blockchain technology.Previous work in real estate-related applications.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.Experience with RESTful and GraphQL API design, development, and documentation.
