With 250 employees based in Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux and Lyon, Lydia has set itself the task of changing the codes of the bank by offering all the essential services to manage your money on a daily basis through a simple, accessible and enjoyable customer experience.

Reporting to your Vertical Team Lead, you will join one of our multidisciplinary teams, gathering most of the time Product Manager, Technical Product Manager(s), Quality Analyst(s), Front / Mobile/ Backend Developers.

You will be based in one of our different offices (Paris/Bordeaux/Lyon/Nantes) or remotely from another city.

BackEnd team developers / engineers share the same vision: to see beyond the code and to be dedicated to delivering quality features and service to our users.

What you will do :Elaborate complex solutions that require deep understanding of Banking processesEmpower and assist less experienced developersEnsure operational excellence during runtimeSchedule and deliver a wide range of technical featuresExperience with distributed systems, performance optimization and refactoring

You are in the right place if :The ideal candidate for this position is completely autonomous and sufficiently rigorous to like the intellectual gymnastics necessary to the implementation of new functionalities to the code already in place.You need to know how to juggle proven technologies to find elegant solutions to new problems.You have at least 5 years of experience in development, ideally in a start-up or in a scale-up environment;Oriented “project” and “user” culture;You have a BAC + 2 to 5 (University or engineering school);You have excellent skills in software engineering.

And it’s a plus if :You are able to communicate in English with your colleagues. We don't expect a big style, but you know how to make yourself understood in writing;If you have a previous experience in Banking environment.
