Job Description:Spruce IT PVT. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced SAP BTP Developer to join our team on a long-term contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and integration projects using SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).

Key Responsibilities:S/4HANA Transformation and Rollouts:Lead and execute S/4HANA transformation and rollout projects, from initial workshops to go-live.Conduct workshops, create blueprints, and design, build, and test SAP solutions in alignment with client requirements.Provide expertise in S/4HANA end-to-end processes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective rollouts.SAP BTP Integration Suite:Utilize hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite to set up and manage integrations with S/4HANA systems.Develop and implement integration strategies and frameworks that connect S/4HANA with third-party systems.Third-party interface setup:Set up and configure third-party interfaces with S/4HANA systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing robust and scalable solutions.Cloud Integration:Integrate S/4HANA systems with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other hyperscale environments.Design and develop cloud-based solutions that leverage SAP BTP capabilities for enhanced performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications:Experience with SAP S/4HANA:10+ years experience in SAP, with a focus on S/4HANA transformations and rollouts.Proven track record of leading and managing end-to-end SAP projects, from workshops to go-live.Technical Expertise:Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including setting up and managing integrations.Proficient at configuring third-party interfaces with S/4HANA systems.Cloud Integration Experience:Demonstrated experience in integrating SAP systems with cloud platforms, particularly GCP or other hyperscalers.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver innovative and effective solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
