The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in developing and deploying end-to-end applications that integrate advanced AI capabilities, while also ensuring seamless user experiences and robust backend systems.Key Responsibilities:Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.Backend Development: Implement efficient and secure backend services using Python, with a focus on RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architecture.Frontend Development: Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage applications on Azure, leveraging its cloud services for scalability, performance, and security.Generative AI Implementation: Integrate Generative AI models into applications, enhancing functionality and delivering innovative solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, DevOps engineers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality products.Code Quality: Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and application workflows.Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Problem Solving: Address complex technical challenges with innovative solutions, ensuring applications meet performance and security standards.Qualifications:Experience: 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with a focus on Python and React.Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Azure, including deploying and managing applications, databases, and AI services.Generative AI: Experience in implementing Generative AI models in real-world applications is a plus.Frontend Skills: Proficiency in React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with an eye for detail in UI/UX design.Backend Skills: Deep understanding of Python frameworks such as Django or Flask, with experience in API development and microservices architecture.Communication: Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
