Generative AI Developer

Ciklum is looking for a Generative AI Developer to join our team full-time in the US.We are a leading global product engineering and digital services company that unites 4000+ seasoned professionals globally on various projects in healthcare, fintech, travel, sportswear, entertainment, and security. Ciklum delivers high-impact technology solutions to Fortune 500 and fast-growing organisations worldwide.About the role: As a Generative AI Developer, you will become a member of our global data&analytics team that builds bespoke solutions for our clients in North America.

Responsibilities:Research, design, and develop state-of-the-art Generative AI models and algorithmsImplement and optimize deep learning models for generative tasksRun model training, validation, and evaluation to ensure performance and accuracyCollaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systemsSupport the quality enhancement of training datasets for generative modelsDevelop testing protocols to evaluate the performance and robustness of generative modelsDocument code, models, and experiments to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability

Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field5+ years of experience with supporting machine learning projects2+ years of experience with applying large language and generative AI models, including transformers and GPT modelsStrong Python skills and experienceIn-depth knowledge of deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or KerasKnowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design or edge computingCloud-native software development experience
