Role Description

This is a contract role for an IVR Developer at TEKNIKOZ. The IVR Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive voice response systems. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work. The IVR Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in IVR system design and developmentProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++Knowledge of telecommunications protocols like SIP and RTPExperience with VoiceXML and speech recognition technologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
