Job Title: Consultant/Sr. Consultant - Tableau DeveloperExperience Required: 6-8 yearsLocation: RemoteType: ContractJob Profile:As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for creating and developing Tableau dashboards based on application requirements and business process expectations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather needs and deliver effective Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and analytics dashboards.Responsibilities:Understand and analyze business requirements to provide data solutions.Collaborate with IT teams and business experts to implement data-driven initiatives.Design, create, and update Tableau dashboards and analytics.Gather, clean, and prepare data for visualization and analysis.Utilize the Tableau platform to generate valuable insights.Develop reports using various graphical and data modeling techniques.Create and monitor KPIs in datasets.Normalize and integrate data from multiple sources.Design, test, and publish dashboards and reports; schedule refreshes.Define access controls and implement necessary security measures.Analyze data deeply to generate accurate reports.Design wireframes and beta dashboards with a focus on user experience.Enhance processes related to data management, dashboard design, and product lifecycle.Apply algorithms and statistical methods to extract information from data.Troubleshoot issues related to data or performance in workbooks and data sources.Monitor and adjust reports and dashboards as needed.Oversee Tableau installations, architecture, and management.Ensure Tableau's performance and usability meet the desired outcomes.Requirements & Skills:Proven experience in developing and managing Tableau dashboards and analytics.Ability to query and visualize large data sets while optimizing workbook performance.Skill in translating complex business needs into technical specifications.Familiarity with Tableau administration and architecture.Proficiency in Tableau development.Advanced Excel skills (including macros, pivot tables).Knowledge of complex mathematical and statistical functions.Strong understanding of SQL, relational database management systems, and data modeling.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
