AI Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the development of AI-powered solutions within our product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, enhance existing products with advanced AI capabilities, and contribute to the creation of new, innovative solutions tailored for the hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities:AI Integration: Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into existing products and services to enhance functionality and user experience.Product Development & Product Management: Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features and solutions.Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets, improving product performance and decision-making processes.Model Development: Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that solve complex problems specific to the hospitality industry.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to keep our products at the forefront of the industry.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of AI models, algorithms, and development processes. Report findings and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.Research and Innovation: Conduct research on the latest AI trends, including large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and frameworks like Hugging Face. Explore and implement cutting-edge models to enhance product capabilities.Requirements:Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience as an AI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects.Technical Skills:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java.Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.Experience with Hugging Face and other modern AI/ML frameworks and tools.Strong understanding of data preprocessing, data mining, and data visualization techniques.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and develop data-driven solutions.Research Experience: Demonstrated experience in conducting research on up-to-date models and trends in AI and machine learning.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the hospitality industry or knowledge of hospitality-related technologies.Proven track record of publishing research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects.Understanding of reinforcement learning and advanced optimization techniques.
