You will get an amazing opportunity to participate in the development of challenging features that will be used on a daily basis by millions of drivers once the next generation of vehicles hits the roads.The resource will be working as Scrum Master for an AD Product team for a Global Car Manufacturer. The project is developing various ADAS features (ACC, Emergency Braking, Surround View Management System, Under Vehicle Reconstructor,..) from the design to the development to the testing, so covering the whole V-cycle of ASPICE.Tools we use:Matlab R2021bMsosa 2021x (https://docs.nomagic.com/display/MSOSA190SP3/Magic+Systems+of+Systems+Architect+Home+Page)GitlabTRM (Doors-like tool for handling requirements)Lucid (draw-io-like tool)

ResponsibilitiesThe resource will be handling a Customer Product team, thus working on the features that are expected to be delivered in the project. More in deep, responsibilities will be:Assigning responsibilities to the team membersMonitoring project progress and team performancesManaging risks and identifying potential issuesManaging stakeholders' expectationsHolding regular meetings with the projects teams to review progress and address concernsFacilitating Scrum CeremoniesFostering communication and collaborationSupporting squad Product OwnerFacilitating Continuous ImprovementShielding the team from external distractionsProviding Training and MentorshipCoordinating with other Scrum MastersLead technical discussions to resolve issues and impediments

SkillsMust haveWe need a tech person who is willing to take a Scrum Master role. The person will need to have a technical background to be able to understand the topics of discussion he/she is going to lead.

This why we require:either 3-5 years of technical experience in embedded development, preferably as SW Developer but SW or System Testing, System Engineering, Validation can also workeither 5+ years as C++ Developereither 1-2 years experience as Technical Program Manager

In any case, excellent communication and leadership skills are required (To be assessed during the interview phase).Good JIRA knowledge is essential to be able to use the tools of the project.Proactivity is needed in guiding and looking for solutions to improve processes and team in an environment where not everything is clear from the start.

Nice to haveGood if the person has experience in Matlab and has some knowledge of ASPICE.Automotive experience will be a plus
