Advanced WordPress Plugin Developer

We are seeking to hire a "Skilled WordPress BACKEND/PLUGIN Developer" to create premium, licensed plugins and provide development services for our clients. The WordPress Backend Developer will be responsible for developing plugins from scratch or modifying the existing ones. You will be responsible mainly for the Back-end. Candidates with only Front End Development will NOT be contacted.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant FieldExperience: 2 to 4 YearsSalary Package: Ranging from 150,000 to 300,000 based on the profile

Responsibilities:Write clean, well-designed code that adheres to WordPress Codex standards.Produce detailed specifications for projects.Complete tasks on time and provide timely updates.Participate in peer code reviews to enhance the quality of code written by team members.Create new plugins or update existing ones based on user requirements.Resolve issues affecting the design of current or developing products.Develop and implement quality assurance procedures.Write and implement efficient code.Proven experience as a WordPress plugin developer is required.Stay informed about rapidly evolving WordPress trends and research developments.Provide solutions to secure and optimize WordPress sites.

Job Specification:Understanding of WordPress frameworks, popular themes, and plugins.Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.Proficient in PHP, WordPress, and plugin development.Ability to research and troubleshoot solutions independently.Hands-on experience with plugin development is essential.Capability to work on and deliver projects/products with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:Ability to customize plugins and themes without altering the core code.Capability to develop plugins from scratch.Proficiency in providing design solutions, including plugin stacks.Experience in integrating third-party applications with WordPress.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.
