ResponsibilitiesResearch, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation and online content for various audiences, targeting key customer segments and user scenarios.Collaborate closely with other writers and cross-functional teams (such as Product Managers, UX Designers, Customer Engineers, Solutions Architects, etc.) to research customer needs, plan and prioritize content to meet those needs, and execute the plan.Manage complex documentation projects and oversee the cross-product strategy at multiple levels.Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred QualificationsRelevant experience in producing high-quality technical documentation for technical audiences.Proficiency in HTML or Markdown;experience in a Unix environmentStrong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach.Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Google Cloud Platform.Experience with or interest in Machine Learning and AI.
