What you will do

Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iterationWrite and maintain a full unit test suiteHelp manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelinesDevelop and manage data integration processes by connecting various data sources (internal and external tools, APIs, etc.) into a central data repository.Analyze and manage data to enable efficient querying, analysis, and reporting.Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practicesWrite performant, scalable and testable code with the help of modern toolsParticipate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architectureParticipate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributionsBalance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible resultsParticipate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent

What should your qualifications be?

6+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customersExcellent communication skills with a minimum B2 level englishComfort operating in a sometimes ambiguous, fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cyclesTrack record of managing feature requests with realistic timelinesExperience with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Experience working within Agile teamsComfortable writing supporting documentation

Tech ExpertiseProgramming Languages: PythonFrameworks (one or more): Flask or FastAPI, Django APIs (one or more): GraphQL, Rest APIData storage (one or more): Postgresql, MySQL, AWS RDSWorking knowledge of GCP and/or AWSDeployment through (one or more): Gitlab CI, Github Actions, Circle CI, Travis CI, JenkinsAdditional Technologies: Docker, Pandas
