Responsibilities:Web Application Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the Laravel framework to meet evolving business needs.Technical Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and project managers, to understand project requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions.Code Quality and Optimization: Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure code. Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and employ best practices to maintain high-quality development processes.Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues within web applications, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of bugs and system errors.Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in PHP and Laravel development, and suggest improvements to enhance application performance and usability.Documentation and Agile Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and project tasks. Participate actively in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven work experience as a PHP / Laravel Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications developed using PHP and the Laravel framework.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PHP web development and proficiency in Laravel and its ecosystem. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), relational databases like MySQL, and ORM frameworks like Eloquent. Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is essential.Systems Knowledge: Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with Linux environment and server administration.Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly in optimizing queries and managing data at scale.Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.Security Practices: Strong understanding of web application security best practices.Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
