We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with experience in trading platforms to join our team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for building and enhancing applications deployed worldwide for the electronic trading of crypto derivatives. You will be involved in the entire life cycle of application deployments, from requirements gathering to coding, testing, and production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Participate and drive the software development life cycle, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of software solutions.Review requirements, design, develop, test, and prepare applications for release, ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards.Architect complex software engineering solutions with a focus on creating highly performant services.Apply design patterns and object-oriented techniques to build robust and maintainable codebases.Lead other team members during design and coding phases, conducting code reviews and participating in team design sessions.Assist in builds, configuration management, and source control processes to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.Communicate effectively and clearly with other team members and upper management to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Liaise with QA teams to ensure that high-quality products are delivered to customers.Qualifications:

Extensive Knowledge and Experience in:5+ years of Java server-side application development.2+ years of Java multithreaded application development.Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).Spring Framework.Hibernate ORM.Maven build automation tool.JMS or other messaging technologies.Eclipse IDE.Unix shell scripting.Assorted XML technologies (e.g., JAXB, XPath).Continuous integration servers, preferably Jenkins.Relational databases such as MySQL, Sybase, Oracle, and Postgres.Preferable Experience:Knowledge and experience with financial derivatives, such as swaps and options.Understanding of cryptocurrencies and related technologies.Experience with Kotlin and R3 CORDA.
