Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer specializing in ServiceNow SecOps on a contract basis. This role demands a forward-thinking individual with a deep understanding of security operations, extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, and a passion for safeguarding critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow SecOps Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow SecOps module to complete the existing deployment from 80% to 100%. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with other security tools and platforms to create a seamless and efficient security operations ecosystem. Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications to meet the specific needs and requirements of the utilities industry, ensuring high performance and scalability. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to ensure effectiveness of SNOW SecOps instance. Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and other team members Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, integrations, and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience: At least 5 years focusing on ServiceNow SecOps having worked on at least three SecOps projects for different customers. ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps best practices and hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of security challenges and regulatory requirements in the utilities industry. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified Implementation Specialist - SecOps are highly desirable. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to address complex security issues.
