Position Overview

TextNow is seeking aSr. Software Developer with iOS and Android experience to join our Revenue team who is passionate about our mission, eager to learn, and dedicated to improving our suite of client products. As a Sr. Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications for the iOS and Android platforms aspart of a dynamic and innovative team working on various projects that impactmillions of users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and enhance existing applications to meet business goals and user needs. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Sr. SoftwareDeveloper to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative work environment.

What You'll Do

Grow within our team, contributing to the success of our mission and becoming a technical leader on the mobile side. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that improve user experience and application performance. Participate in the development of new features, enhancements and improvements to our products. Work on a wide range of projects, in mobile application development. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. Assist with debugging and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field or relevant experience. 5+ years of professional mobile software development experience with iOS & Android. Proficiency in Java or Kotlinas well as SwiftUI or UIKit. Detailed knowledge of Concurrency, Protocols and Dependency Injection. Strong knowledge of mobile platforms, frameworks, and APIs. Great problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering highquality software. Can write concise, performant, testable code. Unit testing is a must. Solid understanding of iOS and Android software architecture and design principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of cloud computing platforms. Previous experience with telecommunications or VoIP applications. Understanding of automated application testing. Experience releasing apps to the App and Play Stores. Embrace knowledge
