Position Description: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the web application developer on a project to rewrite the user interface of the ECHO application for the Department of Public Health. The user interface, which was written using Angular JS and Breeze, will be rewritten using .NET. The application function that collects data from various systems will remain in place.
Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT related field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience in application development; or an Associate degree in Computer Science or an IT related field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of experience in application development; or High School or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and six years of experience in application development showing increasing levels of responsibility; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
