Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.1+ years of experience working with Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP).3+ years of experience in Call Studio IVR programming.Proficiency in Java programming language.Strong understanding of IVR technologies and concepts.Experience with CVP release 11.X or 12.X preferred.Knowledge of telephony protocols (e.g., SIP, H.323) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
