Role DescriptionOdoo Module Development: Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements.Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and systems using APIs and other integration methods.Customization: Customize Odoo modules and workflows based on user needs and business processes.Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.Testing: Develop unit tests and participate in system testing to ensure high-quality code and solutions.Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs, and optimize application performance.Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and other developers to deliver successful projects.User Support: Provide technical support to end-users and assist with troubleshooting and training.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Odoo features and trends, and recommend improvements to existing systems.

QualificationsAt least 3 years and more of hands-on experience in developing & configuring Odoo applications/modules in the areas of Sales, Purchase, Delivery, Accounting, e-commerce, Reporting, etc.Must be aware of Odoo's new version.Must be aware of Odoo Enterprise solutions.Must be aware of the Odoo App Store and popular third-party modules.Must have code optimization skills and proactively look for ways to make the architecture, code, and operations better.Proficiency in Python, Javascript, and XML.Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision.Excellent knowledge of version control systems like GIT, etc including branching and merging.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Sound judgment and independent decision-making regarding the viability of ERP solutions and abstract concepts.Strong understanding of ERP processes and functionalities.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to train and guide team members.
