Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI GPT Developer who has hands-on experience working with OpenAI’s GPT models or similar NLP frameworks. This position requires someone who is well-versed in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and AI model fine-tuning. The developer will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying GPT-powered solutions that cater to diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI solutions using OpenAI's GPT models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4) or similar language models.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GPT solutions into existing systems, such as CRM platforms, customer support tools, or content generation.- Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific client requirements.- Design workflows and architectures for scalable AI-driven applications.- Continuously improve AI algorithms and solutions based on client feedback.- Ensure data privacy, model security, and ethical AI usage across all implementations.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.- Hands-on experience with GPT models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4), OpenAI APIs, or similar NLP frameworks.- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, deep learning, and AI model fine-tuning.- Demonstrated experience in deploying GPT or NLP-based applications at scale.- Experience with cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for AI workloads.- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
