Job Title: Senior UI Full Stack DeveloperExperience: 7+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI Full Stack Developer with over 8 years of experience in designing and implementing rich web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a particular focus on user interface design, performance optimization, and delivering a seamless user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring product visions to life and ensure our web applications are both innovative and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Development: Architect, design, and implement new rich web UIs, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance and user experience of existing interface components, addressing consistency, accessibility, and internationalization needs.UI Component Library: Contribute significantly to the development and vision of our external UI component library, staying current with web development technologies and UI/UX design trends.Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to develop and maintain various aspects of externally facing products.Technical Guidance: Provide advice and guidance to technical team members on UI/UX best practices, ensuring high-quality implementations.Web Development: Utilize familiarity with web development and content management tools to design and support the production of website packages, including code, modules, and themes. Manage local development environments and utilize revision control software.Deployment & Maintenance: Collaborate with technical and operations teams to plan and deploy updates, fixes, and new versions across test, staging, and production environments. This includes managing security updates and non-routine content updates.Responsive Design Implementation: Translate UI concepts, wireframes, and renders from designers into high-fidelity, responsive templates and components.Continuous Integration & Testing: Build and maintain within a continuous integration and delivery framework, ensuring robust interface test automation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in full stack web development, with a strong focus on UI/UX.Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, etc.) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and internationalization.Strong understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration tools, and automated testing frameworks.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
