We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic and innovative IT team. As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will primarily focus on designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools, with a strong emphasis. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our organization.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Design, develop and configure Power Apps applications to support data entry and user interactions based on business requirements.- Create custom plugins using C#/.net- Design Power Pages using Javascript/liquid.- Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate workflows and automation solutions- Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.- Perform data integration and manipulation tasks using connectors and APIs.- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions.- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Power Platform tools.- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and evaluate their applicability to business needs.- Maintain documentation of solutions, processes, and best practices.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of experience in Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.-US Citizenship is required- Proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer- Proficient in both Model-Driven and Canvas based PowerApps and Power Automate-Proficiency in .Net/C# development- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, components, and capabilities.- Proficient in Power Automate expressions, Power Apps formula language (PowerFx), DAX, and SQL.- Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration techniques, and RESTful APIs.- Experience in Dataverse solutions- Familiarity with XRMToolbox- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer, Power Platform Fundamentals) are preferred.
