Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior Dotnet Developer with 6+ years of experience. The Senior Dotnet Developer will be responsible for software development using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Tasks will include programming, development, and ensuring the efficiency and performance of web and mobile applications.

Qualifications.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC skillsExperience: 5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role, preferably in an educational or similar environment.Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with the .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and related technologies.Database Proficiency: Strong experience with SQL Server, including designing databases, complex query writing, performance tuning, and stored procedure development.Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading technical teams, managing projects, and mentoring junior developers.Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.Educational Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with educational administrative processes and systems is a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile development practices.Certifications: Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, or other relevant certifications are a plus.Security Awareness: In-depth knowledge of security best practices for web application development and data protection.Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) proficiencyExperience in software developmentStrong programming skillsAbility to work night shiftsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
