We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer (Kotlin) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using Kotlin and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities:Use Kotlin and Spring Boot to develop, test, and maintain backend applications.Create automated tests using JavaScript.Understand and apply agile practices based on Kanban/Scrum.Participate in the daily dynamics of the team and use agility metrics.Collaborate with the team, sharing responsibilities and knowledge.Identify ways to improve the service to better serve customers.Adapt and thrive in a dynamic and agile work environment.Use asynchronous communication tools such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.Apply Clean Code principles and design patterns in software development.Use data to identify possible changes and improvements in the product.Create and maintain SQL queries for products.Apply SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices to maintain application support using tools such as DataDog.

RequirementsExperience with backend development using Kotlin and Spring Boot.Knowledge of agile practices, such as Kanban and Scrum.Capability to collaborate and share knowledge with the team.Focus on identifying and implementing service improvements for customers.Adaptability to a dynamic and agile work environment.Experience with asynchronous communication tools, such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.Knowledge of Clean Code principles and design patterns.Ability to use data to identify product improvements.Experience in creating and maintaining SQL queries.Knowledge of SRE practices and monitoring tools like DataDog.
