What We're Looking For:Experience: 3-6 years in game development, with a focus on casual, puzzle, and related subgenres for mobile and web platforms.Game Engines: Experience with Unity, with a preference for HTML5 game engines like Phaser or Cocos. Must be willing to adapt to and learn any required engines.Coding Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, or C# depending on the game engine used.AI Knowledge: Understanding of AI tools and technologies, with experience integrating AI to enhance game mechanics and player experience.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to innovate using AI-driven game creation techniques.Adaptability: Openness to learning new technologies and tools, particularly in AI and game development.

Role Objectives & Responsibilities:Game Development: Create and implement game features for mobile and web, using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS, while leveraging AI for dynamic gameplay.Collaboration: Work closely with designers and artists to develop engaging, AI-enhanced game experiences.Optimization: Optimize game performance and AI functionalities to ensure a smooth and enjoyable user experience across different devices.Mentorship: Guide junior developers, sharing expertise in AI integration and game development best practices.Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI advancements in gaming and contribute ideas to enhance our AI game creation engine.
