Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Frontend Developer to join our innovative team as our first frontend engineer hire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys tackling complex challenges from the ground up. As a key player in our project, you will collaborate closely with our founding team to shape the future of our cutting-edge product, focusing on delivering a seamless and engaging user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the frontend development of our new and exciting project, ensuring a robust, scalable, and visually appealing user interface.Design and implement responsive and intuitive web and mobile applications that balance immediate project needs with long-term scalability and vision.Assist with backend development tasks as needed, providing support for database management and server-side logic to ensure smooth integration with the frontend.Participate in and contribute to product and technical discussions, with a focus on both frontend architecture and backend integration, to shape our strategy and achieve both short-term milestones and long-term goals.Ensure high-quality code through best practices in both frontend and backend development, including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.

Qualifications:

Expertise in frontend web and mobile development frameworks such as React, React Native, and / or FlutterProficiency in modern TypeScript development and Node.js for backend developmentDemonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with remote teams.Experience in setting up and maintaining best practices for full stack development, including automated testing, and performance optimization.A keen eye for design and UX, with the ability to collaborate closely with designers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in financial technology or crypto projects.A track record of successfully delivering full stack web and mobile projects from concept to launch.Familiarity with blockchain technology and staying updated with industry trends.

Timezone:

Preference for candidates in the APAC or Europe timezones to align with our team’s working hours.
