Python Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with extensive experience in AWS services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing chatbots using AWS Bedrock APIs and building robust APIs with AWS services to support seamless functionality.Key Responsibilities:Python Development: Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code to support API functionalities and chatbot features.API Development: Design, build, and deploy RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway and AWS Lambda, ensuring robust performance and security.Unit Testing: Implement unit tests and test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure code quality and reliability. Utilize frameworks such as pytest or unittest to automate testing processes.AWS Services Integration: Build serverless applications utilizing AWS services, including API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB, and write serverless templates using AWS SAM or CloudFormation.Database Management: Leverage AWS DynamoDB for NoSQL data storage solutions and manage data interactions to support chatbots and APIs effectively.RAG Systems Development: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using Amazon Aurora with PostgreSQL, focusing on integrating retrieval of data from the database to enhance AI/ML responses.Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize applications and service architectures to improve scalability and performance, focusing on reducing latency and improving user experiences.Collaborative Development: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other developers to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions that align with product goals.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for APIs, system designs, and unit tests to facilitate onboarding and maintenance.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Python Developer, with at least [X years] of professional experience.Strong expertise in AWS services, particularly Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Aurora PostgreSQL.Demonstrated experience in building and deploying RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway and AWS Lambda.Proficient in writing and executing unit tests and a strong understanding of test-driven development practices.Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB) and relational databases like Aurora PostgreSQL.Familiarity with building RAG systems and integrating AI and ML services is a plus.Knowledge of best practices in cloud security, CI/CD processes, and version control systems like Git.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
