Magento & Shopify Developer

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Magento & Shopify Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on technical experience in managing and customizing eCommerce sites across both platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong coding skills in the appropriate languages (PHP for Magento, Liquid for Shopify), a deep understanding of their ecosystems, and a proven track record in optimizing site performance, frontend presentation, and campaign deployment.

Key Responsibilities:Site Management & Customization: Manage and customize Magento and Shopify sites, including frontend and backend development.Coding Expertise: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in PHP (Magento) and Liquid (Shopify) to build and enhance site features.Product Feeds: Manage product feeds and ensure accurate frontend presentation across both platforms.Campaign & Sales Deployment: Plan, build, and execute sales campaigns, including discounts, promotions, and product launches.Site Optimization: Improve site speed, performance, and structure for optimal user experience and search engine performance.App & Plugin Integration: Confidently work with the app ecosystems and marketplaces to integrate third-party apps, plugins, and custom solutions.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve site issues, from frontend display problems to backend performance bottlenecks.

Requirements:Experience: 3-4 years of experience in managing and developing Magento and Shopify eCommerce platforms.Technical Skills:Proficiency in PHP (Magento) and Liquid (Shopify).Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.Ecosystem Knowledge: Robust understanding of the apps ecosystem/marketplace surrounding both Magento and Shopify.Frontend & Backend Development: Ability to build and customize web pages, manage product feeds, and improve the frontend presentation of eCommerce stores.Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing site speed, structure, and overall performance.Campaign Deployment: Strong knowledge in deploying sales campaigns, managing promotions, and improving conversions.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle technical challenges on both platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:Magento and Shopify certifications.Experience with integrating third-party apps and APIs.Familiarity with SEO best practices for eCommerce platforms.Knowledge of version control (Git) and deployment processes.
