About the Role: We are seeking a skilled SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Planning Developer with 5-7 years of experience in developing and modeling SAC Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAC Planning models, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver accurate and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: 1. SAC Planning Development: o Develop and implement SAC Planning solutions tailored to the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting needs. o Design, configure, and maintain SAC models, including input forms, allocations, and advanced formulas. o Create and optimize planning sequences, data actions, and calculation logic within SAC to support complex business scenarios. o Ensure seamless integration between SAC Planning and other SAP systems such as S/4HANA or BW/4HANA. 2. Modeling and Data Management:

o Build and maintain robust data models within SAC to support accurate and timely planning processes. o Integrate data from multiple sources into SAC, ensuring data consistency and reliability. o Optimize data flows and processes to improve performance and reduce processing times. o Manage and maintain master data, hierarchies, and other critical data elements within SAC. 3. Reporting and Analytics: o Develop SAC stories and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders. o Create interactive reports and visualizations to support decision-making processes. o Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into SAC solutions. 4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: o Work closely with finance, IT, and other business units to gather requirements and ensure SAC solutions meet their needs. o Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of SAC Planning tools. o Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of SAC projects. 5. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated with the latest SAC features, updates, and best practices. o Recommend and implement improvements to existing SAC Planning processes and models. o Proactively identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Primary Skills: o 5-7 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and Modeling. o Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. o Experience in developing and optimizing SAC Planning models, including data actions, formulas, and sequences. o Proficiency in data modeling within SAC and integration with other SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, BW/4HANA). * Other Requirements: o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong communication and collaboration abilities. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. o Experience in end-user training and support. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
