Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in AngularJS and FastAPI to design, develop, and maintain web applications. This role involves close collaboration with quantitative teams and requires a solid understanding of asynchronous programming workflows to enhance application performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:Web Application Development:Design, develop, and maintain web applications using AngularJS and FastAPI.Implement asynchronous programming workflows to improve performance and scalability.Translate UX designs into functional AngularJS components.Identify and create reusable code packages to streamline development processes.Document development phases and continuously monitor system performance.Quantitative Development:Develop Python scripts and tools for quantitative analysis and modeling.Collaborate closely with quant teams to understand and implement their requirements effectively.General Responsibilities:Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting to improve efficiency.Work collaboratively with internal teams and upstream data providers to integrate and manage data flows.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in development.
Required Skills:Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Pandas, Numpy or similar) and AngularJS.Strong understanding of both synchronous and asynchronous programming, with practical applications.In-depth knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Knowledge in math and statistics.
Preferred Skills:Experience working with large datasets and time series data.Familiarity with AWS services, especially EC2, S3, and Redshift.Knowledge in finance and prior experience in quantitative development.
