We are seeking a highly skilled Backend & DevOps Lead who will play a critical role in building and scaling our platform.

Role Overview: As the Backend & DevOps Lead, you will take charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure and DevOps processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating AI capabilities into our platform, including LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform's security, scalability, and optimization for performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain a robust, scalable, and secure backend infrastructure using technologies like FastAPI, Python, Azure, and CosmosDB.- DevOps & CI/CD: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure, ensuring smooth and continuous deployment of updates.- AI Integration: Implement AI capabilities, including LLMs (Large Language Models), and optimize prompt engineering to enhance platform features and user experiences.- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize backend performance, ensuring the platform can scale to meet growing user demands.- Security: Implement and maintain strong cybersecurity practices to protect user data and platform integrity.- Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the platform.- Documentation: Document all backend, DevOps, and AI processes, ensuring that knowledge is shared and easily accessible across the team.- Project Management: Manage agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and aligning backend development with overall business goals.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in backend development and DevOps, preferably in a startup environment.- Technology Stack: Proficiency in FastAPI, Python, Azure, CosmosDB, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.- AI Expertise: Experience with LLMs, AI integration, and prompt engineering to enhance platform capabilities.- Security: Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and experience in implementing security measures.- Collaboration: Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating with frontend developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
