About the Role

We're seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to help modernize and enhance an existing enterprise system that connects healthcare providers directly with millions of US veterans seeking clinical care. Our Salesforce Developer will work within an Agile environment and collaborate with other developers, product owners, test engineers, and architects. Our Salesforce developers will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices. Our ideal teammate would leverage their extensive experience to provide consultative guidance regarding how our clients might adopt new technologies or add new features to meet their business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop within Salesforce CRM platforms and demonstrate understanding of Salesforce data structures and how to implement them to fulfill complex process and reporting requirementsDrive DevSecOps and CI/CD principles throughout Salesforce practiceContribute to multiple projects within Agile development methodologies and development best practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutionsTest the stability and functionality of the application, as well as troubleshoot and fix bugsMaintain certifications and current knowledge of Salesforce platform advancements and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspectiveBe active in evaluating and recommending new technologies to our DevSecOps and Salesforce PracticeDemonstrate a thorough understanding of SFDC governor limits and best practice guidelines

QUALIFICATIONSAt least three (3) years of industry experience as a Salesforce Developer with demonstrable knowledge and practical application of Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and Salesforce APIsAt least three (3) years of demonstrative experience with Salesforce lightning (LWC) and Salesforce Integration Exp Salesforce Platform Developer CertificationProficient in SQL, Apex, LWC, Java and VisualForceHas general web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavascriptExperience committing code & metadata to git repositories and using Change Management tool, COPADO is a big plusUnique combination of being business-focused and highly analytical while also having a good technical background in LWC using JavaScriptAbility to produce quality technical documentation and analysisExperience working with Federal agencies is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMilitary experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.Candidates will need to obtain Security Clearance of Public Trust once hired
