Role: AEP Engineer

Job Summary:

Work on Journey configuration, offer configuration and segment creation Build AEP data model and data flows and jobs Develop reports in Customer Journey Analytics Collaborate with other developers to for solution development. Develop good working relationship with client and Cognizant stakeholders. Handle tickets related to the Adobe experience cloud tools Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands on experience on one or more key modules of RTCDP, CJA, and AJO Working knowledge on implementing/ enhancing AEP related changes as per technical design specifications Understanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real time customer profile, Segmentation service, data science workspace Ability to build customer journeys using Customer Journey Optimizer In depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior
