We're establishing a new hub in Mannheim and seek experienced Java or Dev-Ops consultants to help us not only build this location but also expand our customer base from this thriving center. Your role will be pivotal in influencing our growth by infusing your ideas and expertise into our company's trajectory.

Your responsibilities will revolve around supporting an existing team of Java developers while further enhancing our Competence Center. You'll also serve as a consultant, guiding clients on the development and integration of Java-based solutions within their existing system landscape. Additionally, your role will involve collaborating with our sales department to fortify existing customer relationships and forge new ones.

To excel in this role, you'll need a solid educational background in information technology or equivalent training, coupled with a passion for collaborative project work. Proficiency in Java development, BPM, and process automation using Camunda is essential. Experience in cloud-based microservice architectures, particularly Azure, would be a significant advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are also key, along with fluency in both German and English.
