DescriptionWe are seeking ERP Developer 3 candidates to join a dedicated CAPPS HCM upgrade project team. The developers will be responsible for analysing and modifying system codes, creating technical design documents, troubleshooting, and debugging system issues. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and CAPPS systems is preferred.

Skills and QualificationsMinimum Requirements:8 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.28 years experience developing in PeopleCode and Application Packages8 years experience developing Application Engine, COBOL, and SQR programs8 years experience with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)8 years advanced SQL and PL/SQL hands-on experience8 years experience with RHEL OS Scripting8 years experience with Oracle Database 12c+8 years experience developing BI Publisher Reports and PS Queries8 years experience working with AWE8 years experience analyzing functional design requirements8 years experience creating technical design documents8 years experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)8 years experience working with SharePoint Lists
Preferred Experience:4 years working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)2 years experience with CPA CAPPS HCM system2 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor2 years experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)2 years experience with SharePoint1 year experience with Jira1 year experience working with the Scrum framework
