About this roleWe’re hiring our first developer advocate/relations where 40% of your time will be coding and 60% will be creating content, speaking with partners and meeting some of the best engineers in the world.

What you will doCreate high-quality demos, examples, and content showing JigsawStack to the developer communityWrite technical examples and toys as a tool to engage the communityAnalyze and report on our social media and community performance, suggesting improvements to increase audience growth, reach, and engagement.Provide expertise in JigsawStack’s platform, solutions, and services and how they can be applied to solve business needsAct as customer zero, ensuring our documentation meets the reader's needs and enhances their experience using our productsYou’ll be hands-on writing. Craft clear, direct messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with developers. You'll be creating everything from marketing copy to case studies. You must be aligned with the JigsawStack voice.Contribute to JigsawStack’s code base & bugs fixes both open source and closed sourceGreat at creating Dev memes

Who you areA dev. You understand how devs assess new tools. You understand the value proposition of JigsawStack.Generalist full stack developer with strong skills in Typescript/JavascriptGood if you strong experience using Supabase, NextJS, Cloudflare workers and serverless environments like lambdaCreative, you can quickly produce assets using image and video editing tools.Metrics driven, and sprint towards goals.You are an excellent technical writer.Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced hyper-growth environment, favouring an asynchronous mode of operation. You are action-oriented and willing to be hands-on to get the job done.Willing to get your hands dirty and execute our strategy on repeat. ProcessThe entire process is fully remote and all communication will happen over email or via video chat.Once you've submitted your application, the team will review your submission and may reach out for a short screening interview over a video call.If you pass the screen you will may be invited to complete a short task.If you pass the task/screen you will be invited to up to 2 follow-up interviews. The calls:Usually take between 20-45 minutes each depending on the interviewer. are all 1:1. will be with both founders, a member of either the growth or engineering team (depending on the role), and usually one other person from your immediate team or function.
