Senior Creatio Developer

We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Creatio Developer to join us. If you're passionate about designing impactful CRM solutions, integrating platforms, and optimizing workflows, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement Creatio (formerly bpm’online) solutions based on business needs and requirements.Customize and extend Creatio CRM functionality using Creatio platform tools, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and web services.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business processes into efficient technical solutions.Develop integrations between Creatio and other enterprise systems through APIs, REST, SOAP, etc.Optimize existing systems, perform troubleshooting, and resolve performance-related issues.Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to ensure high-quality code and maintain best practices.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.Maintain thorough documentation on processes, customizations, and configurations to ensure seamless team collaboration.Stay updated on the latest Creatio platform features and capabilities to recommend improvements and new functionalities.

Qualifications:5+ years of experience working with Creatio (bpm’online) as a developer, including customizations and integrations.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL.Hands-on experience developing API integrations (REST, SOAP).Solid understanding of Creatio’s configuration, BPM tools, and functionality.Proven experience in developing scalable and high-performing CRM systems.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with a strong attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

Nice-to-Have:Creatio certification(s).Experience with other CRM platforms or SaaS environments.Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control systems).
