In this role, you will:
Take ownership of the back-end & front-end components of a user story and work independently or in partnership with other developers to design, implement, and unit test a complete solution.Design and implement data model changes necessary for feature development.Work with QA engineer and product owner to address any issues that are raised during testing and address them before release.Help to diagnose, triage, and fix production defects.Work with the development team and product owner during Backlog Grooming to understand user stories and break them down to a manageable size.Perform code reviews of other engineers' work.Identify and address technical debt.Participate in retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement of the team's software engineering practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years demonstrated experience in Vue.JS and Node.jsExperience working with Docker, ECS Fargate, ECR, pushing containers to production in the cloud (AWS Preferred)Experience using Git for source code managementExperience writing SQL to create and modify relational data modelsExperience working with Docker containers, ideally deployed in a cloud environmentStrong communication skillsFamiliar with agile software development methodologies and practices such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, and/or DevOps
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
