We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Lead Developer with extensive experience in Backend Development and Architecture to head up our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the stability, scalability, and maintainability of our existing software systems. You will be required to update our software to achieve better stability and scalability. This role will be split evenly between managerial duties and hands-on coding. You will also be expected to create reports and mentor the senior software engineers.
To ensure success as a Senior Lead Developer, you should have high-level managerial skills, in-depth knowledge of programming languages, and outstanding project management skills. Top-class Senior Lead Developers know the skills and aptitude of senior staff and assign tasks accordingly. Software architecture and lead experience are essential, along with experience in monolith, microservices, and hybrid architectures.The best candidate would have experience with most of our stack. As this is a lead position, experience with other stacks is a plus.
Key Requirements:10+ years of experience.Fluent in English.Experience with at least two companies for 3+ years each.Long-term commitment and capability to elevate our code, architecture, and development team.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science.Previous experience as a software programmer.Managerial experience preferred.Advanced project management skills.Good interpersonal skills.
Tech Stack:.Net Core, React, Typescript, Xamarin, GraphQL, CosmosDB, Maui, Docker.Infrastructure: Azure WEB apps, Docker, Cosmos DB Cloud, Azure Logs Monitor, Bitbucket, Virtual machines, MSAppcenter, Kibana, Firebase.
Responsibilities:Meeting with development managers to discuss software projects.Conducting feasibility studies for upgraded software systems.Designing new software programs, websites, and applications.Assigning tasks to junior developers such as coding, testing, debugging, and analytics.Writing advanced programming code.Reviewing updated software systems.Managing project timelines and tasks.Writing development reports.Creating technical documents for new software programs.Training staff on software use.
Pay range: $4,000 - $8,000 USD monthlyLATAM-based candidates are preferred
