Role DescriptionThe Frontend Developer will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in the application. Daily tasks include collaborating with back-end developers, designing user interactions on web pages, and ensuring responsiveness across various devices. As this is a client facing application, we are looking for a candidate who has a strong aesthetic sense and understands how to build intuitive user experiences for a non-technical audience. This project will be implemented using the modern T3 Stack (https://create.t3.gg/) which is built upon Next.js, TypeScript, tRPC, TailwindCSS, and NextAuth technologies.

While the candidate will work closely with our internal product and development teams, they are expected to work independently and "push the ball forward" on their own after reaching consensus with the project’s stakeholders. QualificationsFront-End Development and Responsive Web Design skillsExperience in Web Development and Software DevelopmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred1 year of experience (preferably more) using Next.js and React frameworksStrong understanding of the React ecosystem of libraries and toolsExperience with other technologies in the T3 Stack is preferred but not required Proficiency in creating user-friendly interfacesKnowledge of Back-End Web Development principlesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team
