Job Title: Principal Fullstack Developer

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of navigating ambiguity and making sharp, informed decisions. They should possess strong technical expertise and be able to seamlessly connect front-end and back-end platforms to ensure cohesive, scalable solutions.We are seeking a highly experienced candidate with a proven track record of leading projects from an architectural standpoint. We are looking for someone more experienced who can take ownership of architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to the team.

Responsibilities:Take designed UI components and turn them into working code that adheres to the design, worksCorrectly across all required browsers and devices, and meets accessibility standards.Follow coding best practices, including peer code reviews and unit and integration tests.Present developed work to design peers, product and engineering teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.Advocate for front-end coding best practices, working closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define solutions.Consult with software engineers regarding implementation of their software interfaces using the built by these teams meet requirements for inclusion in the library.Scope and manage work on assigned initiatives, including required development tasks andestimated time and resource needs. Provide regular progress updates and escalate issues when needed.Be resourceful and creative in overcoming obstacles and turning challenges into opportunities.

Required Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on UX/UI integrations.Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).Experience with back-end technologies, including server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL).Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Proficiency in AWS (event cloud development experience, AWS CDK)
