Job Description:

We are seeking a pragmatic, detail-oriented Genesys Developer who is a Reporting Specialist with excellent Genesis Cloud reporting and dashboard experience, to join a dynamic consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining comprehensive reports using Genesys platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and administer reports and dashboards using Genesys suiteUnderstand client needs and translate business requirements into technical reporting solutionsAnalyse data and provide insights to aid in decision makingEnsure data integrity and accuracy in all reportsTroubleshoot and resolve any Genesys related issuesDesign and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data tools such as noSQL, and SQL technologies.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role within the Consultancy industryThorough knowledge of Genesys Reporting toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skillsProficient in English
