Remote - Java FHIR Developer

State Government Client... Candidate must be able to pass a HireRight Drug Screening and Background and E-Verify Checks. W2 Candidates Only. ResponsibilitiesThe FHIR and JAVA skilled contractor developer is needed to assist with the implementation of the CMS defined Healthcare Interoperability project. The contractor will work with the development team and the business team in the design, development, and implementation of FHIR-based API solutions to meet the CMS requirements.

QualificationsFirst-hand experience with PostgreSQL and in programming languages including Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScriptAdvanced understanding of HL7 FHIR 4.0.1 standard and FHIR implementation guides like DaVinci, CARIN, and US Core.Experience performing data mapping of source data sets to FHIR resourcesMinimum 6 months of experience in HL7 FHIR implementationExperience with microservices architecture and RESTful API developmentFirst-hand experience using OAuthMastery of AWS cloud services and DevOps
