Your RoleAs a Senior C++/Qt Developer at InspireX, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our software applications. You will work closely with a team of engineers to create robust, high-performance, and user-friendly solutions that power our AV products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++ and Qt.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in software development.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C++ and Qt.Proven experience in developing cross-platform applications using Qt.Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.Experience with GUI development and creating user-friendly interfaces.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to HaveExperience with other programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.Knowledge of the AV industry or related fields.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
