Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of new products and enhancements. They will work in all phases of the development cycle: concept to implementation. ResponsibilitiesInnovate, develop, build, test, and release high quality apps.Identify key performance bottlenecks in the development experience including the build system, IDE integrations, testing frameworks, and pull request workflows.Help define the scope and the priorities of the team by identifying opportunities to decrease build times, reduce system complexity, and improve the developer experienceOptimize the performance, reliability, and usability of our CI pipeline.Own the success of your team's projects, and deliver quantifiable results on schedule.Utilizes source control, continuous integration, and unit testing best practicesWork cross-functionally to define and write code for new features
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer ScienceProfessional software development experience within mobile/app environmentExperience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems4+ years' of programming experience in iOS Development with Swift, FlutterProficiency in object-oriented development and ability to apply OO concepts Experience with Agile/Scrum environment delivering high quality software against aggressive schedulesDefining and implementing standards and promote best practices for the development teamAnalyzing and optimizing applications to maximize speed and scale while factoring in mobile network latency and bandwidth constraints.Methodologies: Continuous Integration, CI/CD pipeline
